Merriam Organic Market's Vendor Application Steps: GROWERS: READ, PRINT and SIGN the FARMERS PLEDGE - this document must be displayed or on-hand at all times that M.O.M. is in operation. Mail in a signed copy with your VENDOR APPLICATION. ALL VENDORS: READ M.O.M.'s Rules and Regulations/VENDOR APPLICATION READ all other applicable documents and forms required for your operation with M.O.M. Fill-Out and SIGN our VENDOR APPLICATION (make a copy for your records) Mail in your signed application with a check for your Booth Rental Fee(s)* or, Mail in your application and make an ONLINE PAYMENT... Click the Add to Cart button below to pay for 16-weeks of M.O.M.'s 2008 Market Season: * * Completing this PayPal transaction locks in the $15-per-Stall-per-Week rate for 2008 M.O.M.'s booth rental policy is flexible... Booth fees are $15 per week when paid in advance ($240) for a 16-week season (CLICK on ADD to CART button, above). Week-to-week = $25 per week in May / Aug / Sep. $30 per week in June & July (peak season). An 8-week (pick your own dates) deal is available for $175. Our "SEASON" may extend into October...
